Our Little Preschool Graduate

Carson graduated from Preschool yesterday. What a cute little ceremony! He loved going to "Buttons & Bows", but he's excited to be a Kindergartner! We loved having Grandma Judy and Grandpa Chuck here to help him celebrate. He was so cute!

So strange to think his high school graduation will be in the year

2020

Can someone please figure out how to keep him little forever?

Trip to Utah

Whew! We've been gone for 11 days! We had such a great time, and I have tons of pictures to post. But for now, I'll just a post a few. The main reasons we were in Utah were for Erin's high school graduation (Rochelle's sister) and Mindy and Darin's wedding (Trevor's sister). Both events were spectacular.

Erin is headed to the University of Utah in the fall....her main reason for going to U of U: to play soccer! She's awesome.

Mindy and Darin had a beautiful wedding breakfast the morning of the wedding in the canyon. It was beautiful (no Seattle weather to be found) and so relaxing.

This is my absolute favorite picutre of Mindy. She was stunning.

The happy couple:

The kids had a great time ... eating, dancing, playing.

Anyway, I am trying to catch up on mail, email, laundry, primary, work.....I'll post more soon.

Why I {Blog}

My little blog is a family journal. I include things on here I want to remember years and years from now. So when I post a zillion pictures...it is because I want to have it for my posterity. So please forgive the often posted-picture overload.

Currently I am trying to focus on my photography skills...reading, reading, reading, and taking pictures when I can. Then edit, read, read, read some more. I finally feel like I have a basic understanding of exposure...hooray! I updated my blog template so I can display larger photos because...aren't pictures better than anything I have to say anyway?

More about me here.
