We just found out this morning our little baby is a BOY! We are so thrilled! The kids were literally jumping up and down in the room saying "It's a baby brother, it's a baby brother!". The tech spent about 1 hr 15 minutes with me and even spent quite awhile using the 3-D, 4-D ultrasound (that was just for me! They don't use 3-D for diagnostic purposes). So, the baby looks great----heart, kidneys, stomach, legs, arms , nose, lips, brain...it is amazing how many things they are looking for. I do have to go back in another 4 weeks for a follow-up ultrasound because I have 'partial placenta previa' (the placenta is in the wrong place, partially). I actually ran into my doctor while we were out at lunch by the hospital and she was thrilled to hear all the good news and said not to worry about the placenta previa...in 90% of cases it will move to the right spot in a few weeks. And worst case scenario, if it doesn't move, is a C-section...which kind of freaks me out, but no use worrying now. Anyhow, I'll get to see the little guy again in a few weeks. After lunch we headed to the mall and got some boy baby gear!

WOW! The video is so cool! So it sounds like Addy isn't really caring that it's not a girl! Congrats!
Congrats...I think it's the year of the boy. I can't think of anyone I know right now who's having a girl.
The video is awesome! I love him opening and closing his mouth. I was out buying clothes for Paige yesterday and took a gander at the adorable baby boy clothes...so fun!! I'm glad the kids got what they were hoping for!
Is he sucking on his thumb? So cute! So excited to meet this little guy! He and Beckett can be best friends now! :)
Rochelle, that video is so cool! I've never seen an ultrasound that clear before! Congrats on your little boy, I'm sure he'll be just as cute as the two you've got! I also think it's so neat that you and Charise get to experience pregnancy at the same time. Take care!

I've had a LOt of friends freak out about a previa, but you have to realize that your uterus is still fairly small at this point, and as it grows it moves -- pretty dang normal. ;)
Okay, I'm not sure if it's because I'm a mommy or because my hubby is a radiologist, but your ultrasound is just beautiful. Congratulations-
