{Vacation Unwind}

Still trying to recover from our amazing vacation last week!  Still 1 suitcase to unpack. Still a few loads of laundry to do.  Still catching up on homework.  Still crossing my fingers that the camera shop will recover 300 pictures on my corrupted memory card. Still wishing we were back on that ship.  Still re-living the best vacation ever!

Photos to come (I hope!).

That is such a cute pic! I need more practice on my camera. Some of my pics are blurry...trying to us AV but sometimes with Graham and movement I think I should switch to TV. I need more tutorials...why do you live so far away!!

That one picture sums up a lot of fun! Beach, cruise ship, Disney characters, happy kids... In fact, such a happy shot that Ashton made me leave it up on the computer for 10 minutes while he kept pointing to it and squealing "Mimmy!" And "kids" every now and then too. So fun!

Why I {Blog}

My little blog is a family journal. I include things on here I want to remember years and years from now. So when I post a zillion pictures...it is because I want to have it for my posterity. So please forgive the often posted-picture overload.

Currently I am trying to focus on my photography skills...reading, reading, reading, and taking pictures when I can. Then edit, read, read, read some more. I finally feel like I have a basic understanding of exposure...hooray! I updated my blog template so I can display larger photos because...aren't pictures better than anything I have to say anyway?

More about me here.
