{Happy July 24th!}

We love being in Pine Valley on July 24th!  The foot races and games at the church are tradition and loved by all!  This year was no exception.

I don't know what happened to our 2-year olds.  They were not that excited about it this year!
 Graham and Brynn wouldn't even leave the start line.  Ry took about 4 steps and then just stopped.  Oh well...there is always next year!

 Carson means business!

Traditional Cracker Jack prizes for all.

Ry and Caden did great on the horse race.

Miles with his Great Grandpa and Grandma Snow.  Miles' middle name is Eric, after my Grandpa, Stanley Eric.  Such a blessing to introduce him to his namesake.

We managed a semi-decent family picture on the steps of the chapel.  I try to do this every year.  Love this little church.  Ry is usually the wild card.  But he is actually in the picture. Hooray!

Caught this little moment after Ry took off running somewhere.

Why I {Blog}

My little blog is a family journal. I include things on here I want to remember years and years from now. So when I post a zillion is because I want to have it for my posterity. So please forgive the often posted-picture overload.

Currently I am trying to focus on my photography skills...reading, reading, reading, and taking pictures when I can. Then edit, read, read, read some more. I finally feel like I have a basic understanding of exposure...hooray! I updated my blog template so I can display larger photos because...aren't pictures better than anything I have to say anyway?

More about me here.
